My husband devours cheese so I came up with the easiest cheeseball.
1 pack of cream cheese
bacon bits
(kroger has turkey bacon bits)
chives
Combine, which is easiest using your hands. Then roll in crushed pecans. I actually have ground pecans which is even smoother.
